Here's a link if anyone's interested. (not that anyone even reads this) Eventually, after school ends for the year, I'll get the brush sets I've been working on posted here. Hopefully, tomorrow, I'll begin on a layout that will match the Noir theme of my blog and I'll tidy up my links and add some new ones, including a button to my blog and one to my gallery over at Red Carpet and Rebellion.

From now on, I think I'll putting brush sets and major icon sets and minor updates graphic wise here and I'll be writing about myself and maybe even some short stories if I can get into it, over in my blog. I think it's best that I seperate the two so things aren't quite so confusing.

Okay, so I have returned! During my unexplained disappearance in December I went through a lot of stuff. Mostly school stuff, a little family nonsense, and just a great big bunch of life reassessment. But I’ve finally gotten it all leveled out and I’m really looking forward to getting back to brush making, writing, and maybe even a touch of graphic design.

I’ll be adding a few links to places where I spend a great deal of my time and I’ll be updating the layout banner to reflect what characters I’m actually role-playing now and eventually I hope to include a little past and maybe even a mock interview with each of them. I really want everyone to get to know the characters that live in my head and get brought to life in my writing.

Hopefully sometime this week I’ll get started on all of the changes, but if things in real life pop up, I’ll have to attend to them before I attend to the journal and my other stuff.

Fwee! New Layout time again! This time I created a banner that had ALL of my characters (or soon to be characters in Zee’s case) on it. I know it is still similar to my last two, but I did do some stuff different so you can’t say I’m just using a template. By the way, you can click on the button to your left under “Links” that says “Blue Moon” and has a picture of Angelina Jolie on it and you’ll be taken to the forum board where my characters live and cause trouble. Now for a brief overview of my characters.

Corianna Valentine, my main and first character, is a 62 year old were-canine and is a Medical Examiner for the Baltimore City Morgue. More commonly known as Cori, she is also a Pack member and enjoys hanging around The Good Hurt, getting into the fighting ring and brawling around, and drinking Jack Daniels from the bottle.

Aidan Llewellyn, technically my fourth character, is a 392 year old were-hyena Clan elder who works as a photojournalist for a local new station and freelance photographer. She has a son named Jason who treats her like a queen. Aidan enjoys luring humans into dark alleys and draining all their blood, pestering the Pack, and following the Matriarch’s orders.

Zee Desoto, my fifth character, is still in production as we speak. Not much is known about her beyond that she is a rogue were-canine and is obsessed with origami. Like I said, I’m still working on her, but she’s going to be one of my favorites I think.

Hopefully sometime this weekend I’ll finish Zee and get a new brush set out too, but one never knows when it’s this time of the year!

Wow, It's been juat a little bit over a month since I've posted in my loverly journal. Been kinda busy with school and more craft-fair junk. It's ok though, I'll back in action in short while. I did some textures a few days back so I'll get those posted here later today if all goes well and I can remember. TTFN!

I took what little free time I had tonight and made a new layout! It's nearly identical to my first but this one has a different color scheme. Kinda silly, but I really like the look of this one so why mess with a good thing!?

Ughh….. I’ve been so busy lately! I just haven’t had anytime at all to get ANYTHING done. I’m going to be pretty busy next week too. Damn these craft fairs. The week after next I should have some free time and I will hopefully be able to get that long promised third brush set out. Maybe I’ll even start doing icons…. Wow….that would be nice. At least it gives me something to look forward to.

Wow! I didn’t' think that my brushes would be this popular! It's really great to know that people are enjoying my work and are using them too! I decided to do my first dedicated song set on Evanescence's new song "Good Enough" because this song is one of my very favorites of the new album. I'm not really sure if I'll do another of their songs or if I'll do a song by someone else. The possibilities are really limitless and it's a bit mind boggling when it all boils down and you stop to think about it.

Anyway, to the more part. Yesterday was awful. Not just teen anguishy awful but full on boring, tired and strenuous awful. Bleh, how I hate craft fairs, let me count the ways. >..< This time of the year really bites as far as I'm concerned. One of the few upsides is that I get paid for helping the parental units with their silliness. It's hard and sweaty work, but as I said, I get paid. It's not much, but meh, what am I going to do about it, ask for a raise?! Not likely to ever happen.

A discovery was made today. Frozen Jell-O is awesome! Somehow, a cup of cherry Jell-O found its way into my freezer an voila!, a lovely new treat is found. Other people have probably done this too, but this the first time I’ve ever heard about. Anyway, back to the Jell-O. When frozen, and then partially thawed, it takes on this lovely new texture similar to a slushie but far more solid and consistent. I’m not usually one to like things of the cherry flavor but this is to die for! Nummmy…..

Yayness! I finally got my layout up. I think it's really pretty and I must say that I enjoyed making it! It's pretty calm but then there is some pink all of a sudden. Just so everyone knows, the girl in the little polaroid shot thing is the lovely Jennifer Love Hewitt. She's also in my icon. I think she's pretty and she'd really easy to use in graphics.

Now all I have to do is get another brush set together and I'll have acomplished my weekly goals!

Ok, I'll admit it, I'm a Guild Wars adict, and I'm ok with it. I know it takes enormous ammounts of my time but it's soooooooooooo fun! And it's free, which is always good. Hehe, so anyway, I've been busy playing the preview for the newest campaign, Nightfall, which is set in a African/Egyptian theme. The game itself officially comes out October 27th. I'm gonna go berserk waiting for it. Gah! I think I'm drooling again.......

Meh, I got really busy last week and updating just wasn't on the top of my priorities. I blame school mostly, always keeping me busy and bored. That's a really weird combination, busy and bored. Generally when your busy, you’re not bored, you're so busy doing things that you can't even stop long enough even think about becoming bored. But, I was bored because all the stuff they're having me do in school doesn't challenge me in any way, which really bites. I wish the things I was doing were interesting, but no such luck.

I had some free time today in between doing laundry and dishes so I carpe diem-ed and made some brushes, which I'll post in a different post later. So, till later, adios.

This is my first entry. Normally, I suppose one would give a basic overveiw of ones self but I really am not in the mood to that kind of BS. I just want to speak my mind here and I know some of opinions and thoughts and whatever else that comes out isn't something that should really be read by anyone but I really don't care.

This journal is, in a way, a companion to my DeviantArt account and I will often make referances to it or put links in an entry that will take you to a brush set I might have made. Yes, I make brushes for Photoshop. No, I will not make you a custom set. I'm not very nice now am I ?!
